Return Policy

We take great pride in the quality and construction of our products.  We are confident that you will enjoy your purchase for many, many years.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to style or fit, you must return at your expense within 15 days of purchase for a refund.

If our product fails within the first 3 months of purchase, we will replace for the same product after receiving the item back for inspection.  We want to know why it failed so having it back is required.

After three months we will consider items for return that are defection due to workmanship or construction.  We will work with you to come to a mutual resolution.

Custom Orders - we cannot offer a refund on any custom orders.  If a product fails within the first 3 months due to workmanship, we will work with you to provide a replacement.

We do require proof of purchase, credit card receipt, order confirmation or something showing the date of purchase prior to offering refunds or replacements.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR:

Products damaged by accident (including dog chewing - remember dogs love leather - keep them away from the dog...they don't understand the value of a Waltzing Matilda!)

Products damaged in fire, flood or other natural disasters

Products with excessive wear (wear and tear is part of life...sometimes it makes our products better-more comfy!

As always, we want happy, comfy customers.  We will inspect all products prior to shipping to provide the best quality we can achieve.
